New Eagle in the Family

I am so proud of my brother Ben. He earned his Eagle scout award! Joe and I went to the court of honor yesterday. It was attended by a huge crowd of well-wishers.

basketball program as a cheerleader this year. Linda is the assistant Coach for her team. The rest of us get to go watch and snack.

Strategies for Staying Warm

This past month has been really cold, and we've had lots of snow. I love it. It reminds me of winters when I was young. Seems like the last decade has just been warmer in winter than when I was a kid. The only bummer is that now its my kids who are getting all the snow days. I still have to go to work. So we are keeping warm by bringing in the firewood (Joe), stacking it (Amaya), bundling up and sledding (Joe), and by growing a beard (Will).
